Adaptor

Please contact our Front Desk to request an adaptor free of charge.

Air Conditioner

You can adjust room temperature with the thermostat.

Bathroom Amenities

If you would like to re-use your bath towels, please place them on the rack. Please do not remove amenities from the bathroom. If you require additional bathroom amenities or wish to purchase items in the room as souvenirs, please contact the Front Desk.

Signs in the Room

Please display the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your room for privacy and the “Please Make Up My Room” sign for your room to be serviced.

Extra Bed

Extra bed requests will be charged to the room. Please call the Front Desk to request one.

Electricity

The hotel uses 220-Volt electricity. Power in the room will be automatically switched off when you take the key card out of the slot next to the door.

Flowers and Presents

Flowers and presents are always available upon request for special occasions. However, 24 hour notice is required. Please contact the Front Desk for booking or further information.

Hair Dryer

A hair dryer is available in the room’s desk drawer or in the bathroom.

Ice

Please contact our Front Desk directly for ice, free of charge.

Laundry Service

Daily service is from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm for all types of garments listed in the laundry form placed on the Safety Box. Please call our Front Desk at extension “1” for any assistance you may require.

Mini Bar

A refrigerator (mini bar), which is checked and replenished daily, is placed in the television cabinet. Food and drink placed outside the refrigerator are complimentary, including 02 mineral water bottles for each room, tea and coffee. À la carte food and drinks (as listed in the menu) are kept in the refrigerator. Please sign the receipts whenever you make use of an item.

Newspapers

A daily newspaper is available on the desk. You can also find others at the Lobby.

Please call our Front Desk at extension “1” for any required maintenance during your stay with us.

Safety Box

Please deposit any valuables in the safety box in the wardrobe. Operating instructions are available on the safe. Please note that the Management of the Hotel will not be responsible for any loss. Please check the safety box and leave it open when checking out.

Slippers

Slippers are available in the wardrobe.

Shoeshine

Service Shoeshine service is complimentary at Lobby.

Turndown

Service Turndown service is provided between 17:30 and 20:30.

Umbrellas are always available at the lobby concierge.
